Bought for a great price ($20 shipped). Offered to add extra $8 to expedite shipping and seller agreed. 5 days later, he finally shipped. When I complained that he essentially stole $8 from me since he obviously did not expedite anything, he gave me a song and dance about how I shouldn\'t complain because he\'s handicapped.

Refused to refund the extra $$ I spent.

Steer clear of this guy.

Yeah, it\'s a small transaction, but it\'s the principal that counts. My generosity was taken andvantage of.
